SFFA celebrates the third Anniversary of Students for Fair Admissions v. Harvard

Dear Members and Friends of Students for Fair Admissions and the American Alliance for Equal Rights,

I hope you and your family had a wonderful and meaningful 4th of July.

As we continue to reflect on our nation’s founding ideals —that all men are created equal— we are also reminded of another important milestone: three years ago the Supreme Court’s landmark decision in the SFFA cases reaffirmed that exact principle.

This brief video reflects what the SFFA decision has meant to our nation and why the work continues. While we have made tremendous progress, the fight to ensure that every American is judged as an individual—not by race—is far from over.
