85% of Surveyed College Students Support Race-Blind School Admissions
A recent study by College Pulse surveyed 2,035 undergraduate students from 113 universities to gather their opinions on policy proposals. When asked if they would support or oppose policies establishing that colleges and universities would not be able to take a student’s race or ethnicity into account into their admissions decisions, 85% of respondents said that they would strongly or somewhat support such a policy proposal to protect race-blind admissions.
